PRIMARY PURPOSE:Lead and overseas new product launch activities for BiPass connectors and cables, ensuring successful transition from development to mass production.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• New product launch for BiPass connectors and cables.
oLead engineering team to execute new product development that handed off from overseas PDE team
oReview and perform FSV/DVP testing, track validation progress, and ensure timely issue resolution.
oProvide technical guidance on troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective actions for design, material, and process issues.
oDrive cross-functional alignment with PDE, DPE, AQP, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
oOverseas FMEA risk assessments and ensure proper mitigation actions are implemented.
oEnsure accuracy and compliance of engineering documentation, ECR/ECO changes.
oMonitor sample build quality, yield, and readiness for mass production.
oDevelop team capability through coaching, training, and performance feedback.

SCOPE:Responsible for supervising product development that handed off from overseas, e.g. NPI project deliverables, risks, and validation activities are completed on time and meet production readiness requirements.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:Bachelor degree or above
PREFERRED:Major in mechanical design and manufacturing, or equivalent.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:8+ years of product development experience, including 2+ years of connector design experience
PREFERRED:2+ years of experience managing or supervising engineering teams
