Our target project opportunities include Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Projects, as well as Hydrogen and Ammonia projects.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Electrical to support our growing Energy & Industrial Projects portfolio.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for front-line supervision of electrical construction activities, workforce coordination and safe project delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, on time and in line with contractual requirements.
This is a hands-on, site-based role on the DIDO/FIFO roster that requires strong leadership, technical electrical expertise, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site-based electrical construction activities

  • Manage electrical crews, subcontractors and apprentices to ensure productivity, quality and compliance.

  • Oversee installation and termination of cables, earth grids, HV plant, switchgear and associated services.

  • Coordinate works in live operational environments including substations.

  • Lead toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and safety initiatives

  • Ensure HSSEQ, QA and project documentation requirements are met

  • Monitor progress, workforce performance and timesheets

  • Support workforce development, inductions and compliance training

  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and site leadership

About you
You are a confident Electrical Supervisor with experience delivering complex electrical works on major projects and a genuine commitment to safety, quality and leadership.
You will bring:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification

  • Exetensive experience in a supervisory role within electrical construction

  • Experience in substations, HV works, renewables, or major infrastructure projects (highly regarded)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Solid understanding of safety systems, QA requirements, and site compliance

  • Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong planning, organisation, and people management capability

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
