Project Info
ACCIONA is delivering the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant, a landmark project securing Perth's water future. As part of an alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs, ACCIONA will design, build, operate and maintain the plant for ten years. Stage 1 will supply 50 billion litres of drinking water annually from 2028, connected via a 33.5km pipeline to Wanneroo.

About Opportunity
We are seeking a Supervisor, Electrical to oversee electrical and instrumentation works across the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate work crews, maintain compliance with safety standards, and ensure work meets ACCIONA's quality requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and on-site teams to keep this complex infrastructure project on schedule and within budget, while building your expertise on one of WA's most significant water security projects.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

  • Coordinate electrical and instrumentation crews on site
  • Solve complex technical problems and evaluate solutions
  • Optimise construction processes to lift efficiency
  • Enforce compliance with ACCIONA procedures and permits
  • Manage risks, resources and scope to protect schedule
  • Resolve disputes and support a positive site culture
  • Report program progress to project leadership

Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role

Experience in Civil Infrastructure/Rail or Water projects

Strong Leadership experience and stakeholder engagement

Construction Induction Card

Must be able to complete a medical and national crime check
