Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the TM team in daily operations and project execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate talent development programs such as training, leadership development, and performance management.
• Support succession planning and high-potential employee identification.
• Analyze talent metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align TM strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships related to recruitment and talent development.
• Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent management or HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and retention best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
