Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor daily TMR operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing talent development and training programs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on recruitment and talent management metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding process questions and task assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support business needs.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
