Starting Salary: $70,000
The Supervisor, Distribution Center Operations / Inventory Quality & Control (IQC) will support operations within CVS Health's Woonsocket or North Smithfield Distribution Center. This role is designed for high-performing graduates of the CVS Health Supply Chain Internship Program.
As part of a dynamic and evolving organization, the successful candidate may be aligned to either a Distribution Center Operations (DC Ops) or Inventory Quality & Control (IQC) supervisor role based on business needs and individual strengths. Final building assignment, department placement, shift, schedule, and role alignment will be determined closer to the program start date based on business needs and individual strengths.
This is an in-person position located at either the Woonsocket or North Smithfield Distribution Center.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build relationships, coach colleagues, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Bachelor's degree completed prior to program start date, preferably with a major, minor, or concentration in Supply Chain Management, Transportation / Logistics, Business Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
