Georgiou is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Infrastructure team working on the GAWSS pipeline project. You will be required to commit to a 10:4 drive in / drive out roster. For this you will be compensated with 35% site uplift, plus 5% project completion bonus.

You will be trusted to:

• Oversee daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and material deliveries for maximum site efficiency
• Manage plant and resources across multiple work fronts
• Enforce HSEQ policies and promoting a zero-harm culture
• Support performance tracking and productivity improvements
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory position, ideally with pipeline experience
• Applicants with MSCL pipe experience will be highly regarded
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high-quality standard
• Be an engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
• Previous experience of managing a large work crew
• Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Excellent safety record
