Responsabilidades clave
• Supervisar, liderar y organizar al equipo de trabajo
• Impulsar las actividades diarias al logro de objetivos
• Ejecutar la estrategia comercial

Técnicas / funcionales
Experiencia en administración de personal
•ConocimientoExcel Intermedio (se hará examen)
• Experiencia con manejo de personal,KPisenfocados a reparto ydistribución

• Capacidad para gestionarstakeholdersmultifuncionales
• Alta atención al detalle
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de transformación
Lo que estamos buscando
• 5 años de experiencia relevante en manejo de personal y administración de flota
• Experiencia en reparto, ventas, distribución y servicio al cliente
• Capacidad comprobada para desempeñarse en entornos bajo presión
• Fuerte colaboración con equipos de ventas y reparto
• Licencia de conducir vigente (deseable de chofer)
