About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role within the manufacturing team, leading the daily operations of a production cell. You will ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact production performance and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production volume standards in unit manufacturing.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and productivity, leading and participating in problem-solving activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and process optimization (Kaizen, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.).
• Managing material availability in coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Leading and managing direct labor to meet production capacity and demand requirements.
• Promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers to meet their requirements.
• Conducting daily production meetings and ensuring operational discipline.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or operations with direct personnel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing production KPIs and performance metrics (TRIR, scrap, labor efficiency, etc.).
• Knowledge of production planning, prioritization, and execution of processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate -advanced English (conversational; able to guide plant tours and communicate with visitors and clients when needed).
• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (Ishikawa, A3, 5 Whys).
• Strong communication, teamwork, decision-making, and people management skills.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing.
• Experience leading Kaizen or plant improvement projects.
