Es el responsable de coordinar todos los procesos del adecuado manejo de Semillas Hibridas de Fresa y Frambuesa en el área de Investigación y Desarrollo para las operaciones de Invernadero y túneles, que incluyen (Postcosecha, Extracción de semilla, Secado, Tratamiento, Siembra, Crecimiento, Auto polinizaciones y Cosecha). Sera el responsable de garantizar el manejo adecuado de la semilla hibrida para sus futuros ciclos, así como su inventario, trazabilidad, almacenamiento en cuartos fríos cumpliendo con los estándares de la más alta calidad. Así mismo, colabore en equipo y con todos los departamentos involucrados y desarrolla un buen ambiente de trabajo para todos los empleados.
