Supervisor de Operaciones Jr. es responsable de coordinar y ejecutar las actividades asignadas para el cumplimiento de la meta de producción, calidad, seguridad y de la gestión correcta de los recursos materiales y humanos asignados. Participar activamente en la búsqueda de mejoras en el área asignada y fomentando el trabajo en equipo con sus colaboradores.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en agronomía o afín
Años de experiencia en puesto similar: 2 años
Experiencia manejando gente: 2 años
Conocimientos: manejo de plántula, sobre fisiología vegetal, riego y nutrición , manejo integrado de plagas y enfermedades
Atención al detalle
Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar en diferentes turnos o en domingo si la operación lo requiere.
