Supervisor de Nómina

📢 Buscamos: Supervisor(a) de Nómina

En esta posición tendrás un rol clave garantizando la correcta administración de la nómina, el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, la calidad de la información y el acompañamiento a procesos estratégicos de Compensación y Beneficios.

🎯 ¿Qué harás?

✅ Supervisar la gestión de la nómina externa y administrar la nómina interna.
✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de procesos relacionados con liquidaciones, subsidios, viáticos, cierres contables y auditorías.
✅ Realizar declaraciones fiscales y reportes de Seguridad Social.
✅ Gestionar provisiones, comisiones y prestaciones sociales.
✅ Asegurar la calidad de la información para una correcta imputación del gasto de personal.
✅ Elaborar análisis y recomendaciones relacionadas con costos y gasto de nómina.
✅ Participar en auditorías, controles internos y proyectos estratégicos de Compensación y Beneficios.

👤 ¿Qué buscamos?

🎓 Profesional graduado(a) de Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
📌 Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones administrativas o de Recursos Humanos.
💼 Experiencia comprobada en elaboración y administración de nómina.
👥 Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
📊 Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office.
⚖️ Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral de Nicaragua.
📈 Alta orientación al detalle, análisis y mejora continua.
