Qualifications
Basic Skills
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks
Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs
Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding
Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems
Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems
GD&T knowledge
Knowledge of induction curing systems
Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems
Knowledge and management of non-new model projects
Maintenance cost management
Knowledge of electrical substationsCompressors, cooling towers, and extraction systems
