Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor, Janitorial Services to oversee and coordinate our cleaning team. This role ensures that all janitorial tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Pay: $12.00/hour.

- Supervise and lead janitorial staff, providing guidance and support.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to janitorial services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, reports, and documentation as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in janitorial or custodial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
