Asegurar y promover un entorno de trabajo seguro, saludable y sostenible mediante el acompañamiento y seguimiento continuo de las operaciones industriales, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), y coordinar la gestión integral de proveedores y contratistas para mitigar riesgos operativos y cultivar una cultura colectiva de cero accidentes.
1- Inspección, Fiscalización y Control Operacional de HSE: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas, el uso adecuado de equipos de protección (EPP/CPE), la señalización y el estado óptimo de los sistemas de emergencia en las instalaciones.
2- Capacitación y Promoción de la Cultura de Seguridad: Administrar e impartir programas de formación, charlas operativas (como las "12 Reglas que Salvan Vidas") e implementación de procedimientos como GP-03 y GP05.
3- Gestión de Incidentes, Riesgos y Auditoría de Contratistas: Analizar riesgos (JHA), investigar eventos o accidentes para ejecutar planes correctivos y auditar el cumplimiento de normas HSE por parte de empresas contratistas. (GP-14)
4- Aseguramiento de Calidad y Gestión de Proveedores: Ejecutar pruebas de calidad en productos envasados, gestionar certificados de calidad con Operaciones/IMS y administrar compras o reclamos asociados a la seguridad y confiabilidad de proveedores.
