¡En Littelfuse estamos buscando un Supervisor de Almacén II!
El Supervisor de Almacén II se encarga de mantener el control de los materiales que fluyen dentro de la planta en el sistema Electrónica y físicamente. Manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo en equipo siendo un líder eficaz.
Asegurar el correcto recibo de la materia prima, tanto físicamente como en su registro en sistema SAP.
Mantener y ejecutar el sistema Kanban de materiales en almacén y líneas de manufactura.
Asegurar la correcta ubicación de la materia prima en el supermercado una vez liberada por inspección de entrada.
Garantizar el surtido de material a líneas de producción en tiempo y cantidad requeridos.
Supervisar al personal a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas, reglamentos, normas de seguridad, producción y calidad.
Colaborar estrechamente con el especialista de inventarios para asegurar la exactitud de los mismos en SAP.
Mantener la confiabilidad en cantidad y calidad de los productos enviados a otras plantas y/o proveedores.
Participar en entrenamientos, juntas y auditorías de calidad y medio ambiente asignadas.
Conocer y aplicar la política de calidad, así como las políticas del sistema de administración ambiental, higiene y seguridad.
Realizar otras actividades relacionadas con el puesto o asignadas por el supervisor inmediato.
Carrera técnica o profesional técnica, o licenciatura concluida.
De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
Experiencia en manejo de materiales (recibo, almacenamiento y surtimiento).
Manejo de montacargas (preferentemente).
Conocimiento de herramientas como Kanban, JIT y 6S.
Experiencia en el uso de SAP.
Habilidad para el manejo de conflictos interpersonales.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Inglés deseable.
