Actividades

• Liberación de pedidos de negocio acorde a calendario y horarios establecidos
• Coordinar calendario de recolecciones con Servicio a Clientes y Operación
• Administre el proceso para destrucciones fiscales con la Operación, surtido, acomodo, identificación, etiquetado.
• Coordinar con SJR seguridad en la transportación, fechas consumo de inventarios.
• Proporcione prioridades de atención a pedidos en conjunto con la Operación - envíos de volumen, envíos directos, envíos consolidades, cierre de mes
• Trazabilidad y seguimiento a estatus de entregas y coordinación de incidencias en entregas de producto
• Actualización al maestro de clientes incluyendo domicilio de entrega, contacto, teléfono.
• Realiza facturación de pedidos surtidos y valida ruteo para el 100% de materiales y clientes
• Realiza ingreso de inventarios nacionales, internacionales e intercompañías
• Escanea y sube a plataforma evidencias de entrega para generar y garantizar las cuentas por pagar
• Monitorear diferencias con la Operación, conteos ciclicos, históricos de movimientos y ajustes cuando se requiera
• Administración de sub inventarios productivos y no productivos
• Coordinación de inventario físico anual

Requisitos

• Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Logística, dominio de MS Office
• Experiencia como supervisor de almacén o en un rol similar con seguimiento para satisfacer las necesidades de cliente
• Conocimiento de la gestión de la cadena de suministro
• Habilidades de liderazgo, administración de demanda laboral en picos de cierre de mes o temporada
