YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You oversee the end-to-end handling of damage cases, ensuring timely processing and high-quality standards across all markets
You track and analyze operational trends, share findings with relevant stakeholders, and implement corrective actions where needed
You structure and coordinate workflows within our international teams, covering daily and weekly planning as well as regular team meetings
You act as a key interface between internal departments such as Operations, Claims, and Customer Service and external partners including repair providers and insurance companies
You ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to damage handling at all times
You monitor team performance, conduct regular training sessions, and support the continuous development and improvement of your team
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have a background in operations, claims, damage handling, or a related commercial field
Leadership You have experience coordinating or guiding teams and work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
Problem-solving You bring strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases
Stakeholder management You communicate confidently across internal departments and external partners, building trust and maintaining alignment
Tools & Systems You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and comfortable working with operational data and reporting
Languages You have fluent French and English skills (mandatory), with additional languages being a plus
