The Customer Supply Chain Supervisor will lead a team that is charged with managing the order to cash process and customers through their strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, transportation, warehousing, project management, and continuous improvement practices. This position will also oversee the day-to-day pricing maintenance within the ERP system and customer billing. This position will be expected to partner with Sales/Marketing to analyze pricing needs, determine the best way to configure pricing in the ERP system, and pricing set up in the ERP system. The Customer Supply Chain Supervisor has the primary responsibility to manage daily activities related to the order to cash process for the Customer Supply Chain Department to ensure that all customers and distributors receive an exceptional customer service experience and driving continuous improvement to service communications. This position owns all pricing from initial set up including maintenance/updates. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Supply Chain and is also responsible for a team of 3 – 4 direct reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Monogram's pricing program to include creating new pricing, promotional discounts, allowances, etc. in the ERP system to ensure accurate invoicing to reduce pricing related chargebacks.
  • Responsible for the Order to Cash (invoice) process and all customer issues related to orders and billing.
  • Manages and handles reporting out of Walmart metrics.
  • Conducts regular pricing audits to ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Manage daily escalations (order blocks, holds, shortages, new product launches, new customers etc.) as relates to the order and customer lifecycle.
  • Monitors manual pricing overrides, EDI pricing discrepancies, and research/validates the need for them. Reports findings and implements pricing updates if needed to correct an issue.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify, design, & implement customer groups and item groups to accurately administer pricing, discounts, charges, and allowances.
  • Coordinates with sales, commercialization, and marketing teams to ensure complete and accurate pricing information is obtained in a timely manner for new products and new customers.
  • Maintains and audits the price list, customer groups, and item groups in the ERP system. Enter, update and maintain product pricing brackets in the ERP system. Routinely report and audit pricing against received cost to ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Collaborates with IT for ERP system upgrade testing.
  • A working knowledge of EDI transactions specifically 850, 860, 940, and 945 EDI transactions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to direct reports
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, meet resolution targets and exceed customer expectations to maintain customer loyalty and grow the business.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT and Quality to solve any operational issues.
  • Partner with outsourced transportation service provider, plants and warehouses to ensure customer requirements, order details, changes and delivery details are communicated effectively.
  • Reviews and ensures necessary approvals are submitted with pricing and special program requests within the approval guidelines established by the company.
  • Track discontinued products, source appropriate product substitutions, and report to business stakeholders.
  • Performs in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrate effective and timely communication with all levels of the organization by following company standards of team building, recognition, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Education and

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field preferred
  • Preferred

    Experience: 2-3 years working with pricing structures within an ERP system (Microsoft D365 preferred) for data reporting purposes, or a supply chain reporting analyst-related position working with Microsoft Excel and/or data analytics such as Power BI
  • Experience with CRM Microsoft CE platform 2-3 years in a senior or supervisory role supervising a customer service team managing the order to cash process in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
