What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.

Qualifications

INTERNAL

• Open to P2s, P3s, and M1s with minimum 1 year in current role
• No DAs, PIP, Prescriptive period
• Minimum of 3.00 / Achieved in last performance rating
• POC experience is a plus

EXTERNAL

• Bachelors degree/ Completed 2 years in college/ SHS Grad
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor/ Team Leader/ People Manager
• Leadership experience in healthcare a plus
• Willing to work US hours and on a hybrid set-up in BGC

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
• Administers and executes policies and procedures
• Ensures employees operate within guidelines
• Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
• Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
• Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
