
Supervisor, Contracts Support – Onsite Position
Curtiss-Wright’s Contracts team is responsible for providing contractual, negotiation and commercial business guidance to business unit leaders, sales and marketing staff, program managers and others to ensure the commercial interests of the company are served and protected in dealings with third parties.
As the Supervisor, Contracts Support, you will be tasked with providing oversight for the daily operation of the Contracts Support function within the Sales Operations team and all business units within the Defense Solutions division on various functions as described herein.
Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Operations this position requires an organized, detailed oriented individual with a proven track record of leading a team of personnel and managing multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Salary: $90,300 - $120,400 plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:
Provides oversight for the daily operation of the Contracts Support function.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Oversees the developing, negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents to establish business relationships with customers and/or partners.
Ensure various agreements comply with company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.
Complete and maintain certification and representations packages as requested by customers.
Maintain Contracts Sharepoint site for all agreements types
Participate in periodic data integrity audits for the various systems used within the group.
Assist senior contracts staff with implementing Strategic Planning (STRAP) initiatives
Complete various special projects which will be assigned and supervised by Contracts Management
Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
What You Bring:
A High School diploma or equivalent with a preferred associate’s degree in a related field.
4-6 years of related work experience, preferably within the Aerospace/Military Environment or technology design and manufacturing field
Strong communication and organization skills.
Knowledge and practice of principle based negotiations
Diversified team player with a strong customer orientation
Experience interacting effectively with members of a complex organization at multiple levels
