Job Description

The Process & Data Coordinator plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across LATAM Service operations by leading process governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for managing a team of process and data analysts, ensuring the standardization of operational processes, and aligning practices with Vertiv global standards and regional regulatory requirements.

The coordinator will lead process mapping, analysis, and optimization efforts, develop and maintain standard operating procedures and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and IT to implement scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, this position is accountable for performance management through KPIs, advanced analytics, and executive-level reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of Process & Data Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in process management, governance, and data analytics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between Service Operations, Quality, and other business units.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Design, implement, and maintain process governance frameworks aligned with Vertiv standards.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Map, standardize, and document processes, ensuring consistency through SOPs and governance policies.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and error reduction.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate and standardize processes across LATAM operations.

Compliance & Audit Management

  • Ensure compliance with Vertiv global standards, internal policies, and LATAM local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to operational standards and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Lead process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of new processes and tools.

Performance Management & Data Analytics

  • Define and implement KPIs to monitor operational performance and drive accountability.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reports, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and maintain business-oriented data models, including data collection, processing, transformation, and visualization.
  • Apply analytical techniques such as data clustering and classification to support business decision-making.

ISO 55001 Readiness

  • Lead the preparation and certification process for ISO 55001 (Asset Management).
  • Ensure all processes and controls meet ISO 55001 requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure organizational compliance with the standard.

IT Interface & Systems Development

  • Act as the primary interface between IT and Service Operations Excellence & Governance (SOE&G) for system-related initiatives (excluding hardware/system support).
  • Support customization and enhancement of existing systems and tools.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for system development.
  • Translate business processes and rules into system requirements.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new tools and solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between IT and business stakeholders.

Advanced Reporting & Business Insights

  • Develop complex reports and analytical models based on business needs.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support problem-solving and strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen data-driven culture across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management with proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement and governance frameworks.
  • Solid background in data analysis and KPI development.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving process standardization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in process coordination, with a strong focus on operational performance and metrics.
  • Familiarity with process automation methodologies and asset management practices.
  • Experience in service operations or technical service environments is a plus.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Process Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
