Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Conflicts Management Request queue in line with service level expectations

• Provide support and guidance to the team on conflicts of interest and technical queries

• Collaborate with global leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

• Facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans

• Monitor team goals and contribute to performance tracking and reporting

• Manage HR-related tasks including leave requests, data entry, and evaluation processes

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience in conflicts of interest, compliance, or legal/professional services is preferred

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment

• Strong understanding of SLA and KPI-driven performance management

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
