APS Medical Billing is looking for a Client Bill Processor Supervisor to join our client biller team. The Client Bill Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Client Bill Processor team, ensuring accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance within the client billing process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to staff
• Addresses personnel and workflow concerns
• Monitors billing quality and productivity
• Collaborates on process improvement initiatives to create efficient, streamlined workflows
• Assists with resolving complex billing issues, supports error resolution
• Ensures team adherence to departmental policies and client expectations
• Performs other duties as necessary

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing setting Nursing home billing experience a plus
• At least two years of supervision experience preferred or a proven track record of supervising a team to achieve results
• Demonstrated knowledge of third-party and insurance companies
• Problem solver, self-motivated, self-directed and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Skilled in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
