Be part of Sephora's management team at our Castle Towers store as a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor), on a Full-Time basis. This is a pivotal role designed for experienced leaders. This is an exceptional opportunity for a boutique manager looking to make their way into large format stores within a global business. We are seeking individuals who are ready to bring their strategic vision, proven leadership, and passion for luxury retail to a leading global beauty retailer.

The Impact You'll Make:

As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience and leading a dynamic team. The scope, team size, and commercial exposure you will gain in this role are comparable to senior leadership positions in smaller retail brands. You will lead teams of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence. This is ideal for Store Managers or Assistant Managers from smaller-format retailers looking to transition into a larger, high volume and premium retail environment.

You will be instrumental in:

  • Strategic Leadership: Embodying Sephora’s DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience, serving as a role model and mentor to the team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Driving a high-performance selling culture to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consistently elevate team capabilities through targeted coaching and development.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilizing and interpreting reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Effective Communication: Facilitating open and constructive communication within your team, providing impactful feedback, and maintaining consistent dialogue with the wider management team.
  • Operational Command: Serving as the Client Experience Lead (CEL), confidently overseeing client and team matters within a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions.

In this role, you will gain exposure across all our categories - beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness - along with comprehensive involvement in sales management and back-of-house operations. You will receive extensive initial onboarding training and continuous professional development through our unique online learning platform and field trainers. We are looking for leaders who:

  • Possess extensive retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting.
  • Are hands-on leaders, passionate about being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and empower their team members to achieve excellence.
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an unparalleled experiential retail environment that embodies the Sephora brand.
  • Are committed to fostering a strong and positive culture where every team member is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through continuous feedback, career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, driven by a results-oriented mindset.
  • Are available to work a rotating roster that supports store needs, including key trading times such as late nights, weekends, and public holidays (our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday).
