Job Scope

1.Calibration/Inspection/Measurement :

  • Supervise and control the calibration of measuring instruments, equipment, and machinery according to calibration standards with appropriate calibration plan to increase confidence in the quality measurement system.
  • Control the inspection of precious metal composition content from the internal granulation process according to regulatory requirement.
  • Response and supervise the inspection of inhouse plastic items, stamping items, and alternative processes items and ensure right quality deliver to next customer.
  • Control the measuring of precious metal content from the internal granulation process according to regulatory requirement.
  • Plan the appropriate calibration, inspection and measurement process in accordance with risk level. Communicate, verify and follow up the corrective action on nonconforming with the relevant team for quality continuously improvement.
  • Control, develop and improve the calibration, inspection and measurement process to ensure outcome product with the right quality standards.
  • Manage all resources with efficient related to quality control such as labor, tools, and equipment necessary.
  • Supervise team’s working to align with correct method, plan, transparency and reliable.
  • Decide and provide advice on product quality criteria to the team correctly and clearly.
  • Initiate or explore new tool, equipment, method and new technology to improve calibration, inspection and measurement, reduce time and increase team productivity and efficiency and confidential to measurement system.

2. People development:

  • Plan the training on product quality, calibration, inspection and measurement method to understand the instruction and standard. (GR&R)
  • Control and supervise the team's operations. To be in accordance with the plans, policies, work rules and regulations of the company.
  • Plan to refresh training working team by timely schedule.
  • Analyze and develop the team's potential. To be able to work together with other departments effectively.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Calibration and measurement system.
  • Good communication skills, verbal, written and technical presentations.
  • Strong knowledge on manufacturing process.
  • Good in Logical thinking, analysis, decision making and problem solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problems can be resolved timely and determined prevent repeated problems.
  • Skill and resourcefulness for follow-up quality issue.
  • Ambition and ready to deal with change.
  • Microsft office, Minitab, Lean six sigma, Power App, Power BI, Power automate.
  • Good English communication both writing and speaking.
  • Communication and presentation skill.
