主な業務内容

  • カフェおよびバー・カフェエリアのデイリーオペレーション管理
  • サービスチーム(サービススタッフ等)の現場指導およびサポート
  • 高いサービスクオリティとブランドスタンダードの維持・向上
  • ゲスト対応およびリクエスト・クレームへの適切な対応
  • スタッフのシフト管理、勤怠確認
  • 新人スタッフへのトレーニングおよび育成サポート
  • 関連部署(キッチン、イベント、セールス等)との連携
  • 店舗運営に必要な基本的な事務業務
  • 売上およびサービス状況の把握、現場レベルでの改善提案

応募資格・求める人物像

  • カフェ、レストラン、ホテル等での接客経験
  • スーパーバイザーまたはリーダーとしての実務経験があれば尚可
  • ラグジュアリーブランドまたは高付加価値サービスへの理解・関心
  • チームワークを大切にし、現場で主体的に行動できる方
  • 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
  • 英語での基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方歓迎

Position Summary

Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar-Café is seeking a Cafe Supervisor to lead daily café operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in line with Bulgari’s luxury brand standards.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in an elegant, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the café and bar-café area
  • Lead, support, and motivate service staff
  • Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to brand standards
  • Handle guest interactions, requests, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as kitchen, events, and sales
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to café operations
  • Monitor service performance and suggest improvements at the operational level

Qualifications & Profile

  • Experience in café, restaurant, or hotel service operations
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
  • Strong interest in luxury hospitality and premium service environments
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused professional
  • Native-level Japanese communication skills
  • Basic English communication skills are an advantage

Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY 400,000–500,000/month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
