Supervisor-Business Systems and Standards | Drive Operational Excellence with Entertainment Technology Partners

Entertainment Technology Partners is seeking a Supervisor-Business Systems and Standards to support the continued growth and optimization of our business systems and operational processes. This leadership role is responsible for supervising team members, coordinating cross functional projects, and ensuring that system improvements and operational initiatives align with company goals.

In this role, you will guide a team responsible for improving business processes, implementing system enhancements, and supporting enterprise tools used across the organization and its brands. The ideal candidate brings a combination of leadership experience, project management expertise, and a strong understanding of business systems and technology platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and support Business Systems team members by providing guidance, direction, and professional development

• Lead cross functional initiatives to improve or redesign internal processes, products, and services

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear expectations

• Manage projects using structured project management methodologies to ensure timely and cost effective delivery

• Support team members in applying process improvement tools and best practices

• Promote data driven decision making and effective problem solving across projects

• Contribute to the development of performance metrics and operational improvement targets

• Lead the development, testing, and implementation of system and tool enhancements across ETP and its brands

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of process documentation and knowledge resources

• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to ensure efficient workflows and strong communication

• Coordinate project team activities while promoting accountability and cross team ownership

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members

• Experience in strategic project management or project management certification

• Background in education, training, or facilitating learning initiatives

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise business software

• Experience utilizing or managing knowledgebase platforms

• Familiarity with project management platforms and workflow tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple departments
