Accountable for business performance – sets targets, drives results, and ensures efficient use of people, materials, and equipment.

Leadership & people development – coaches team leaders and team members, provides training, manages performance, and plans resources effectively.
Lean mindset & continuous improvement – leads standardized work, eliminates losses, improves value‑stream flow, and drives long‑term process improvements.
VCMS implementation & compliance – supports VCMS development, role‑models company values, and ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and procedures.
Customer focus & problem‑solving culture – builds accountability toward the customer, encourages issues to be raised, and ensures ownership of actions until resolution.
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
