πŸ’Ό What You’ll Be Doing

As the Asset Supervisor, you will be the central owner of LMG’s inventory accuracy and asset governance across all locations. You’ll oversee asset data within R2 and Microsoft Business Central, lead RFID initiatives, and support operational teams by ensuring inventory systems are clean, consistent, and scalable.

βœ… Manage R2 Help Desk tickets related to inventory, assets, and item data
βœ… Create and maintain product IDs within R2
βœ… Build, correct, and manage serial and non serial kits
βœ… Resolve inventory discrepancies and systemic asset issues
βœ… Enforce standardized naming conventions across all LMG locations

πŸ’» Business Central Item Management

βœ… Create and maintain item cards in Microsoft Business Central
βœ… Ensure accurate item descriptions, categories, costing, and tracking methods
βœ… Validate item data prior to R2 synchronization
βœ… Partner with Operations, Finance, and Systems teams to resolve data conflicts

πŸ“‘ RFID Program Leadership

βœ… Plan and oversee RFID tagging and assignment across all locations
βœ… Establish RFID standards, workflows, and best practices
βœ… Ensure accurate RFID assignment to assets and kits
βœ… Monitor adoption and data integrity

πŸ“š Training & Standards

βœ… Develop SOPs and training materials for RFID tools and processes
βœ… Train employees on proper scanning and asset handling procedures
βœ… Serve as the subject matter expert for asset tracking systems

πŸ“Š Physical Inventory & Audits

βœ… Plan and oversee physical inventories and cycle counts
βœ… Establish audit cadence and inventory accuracy standards
βœ… Lead reconciliations and root cause analysis

πŸ‘₯ Supervision & Collaboration

βœ… Support and guide asset focused team members
βœ… Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Transportation, and Systems teams
βœ… Ensure asset accuracy supports overall operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

πŸ”Ή 3 to 5+ years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse systems
πŸ”Ή Strong working knowledge of R2 or similar asset management platforms
πŸ”Ή Experience with Microsoft Business Central or ERP systems
πŸ”Ή Hands on experience managing serial and non serial inventory
πŸ”Ή Experience leading or supporting RFID implementations
πŸ”Ή Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
πŸ”Ή Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations

Preferred Qualifications

✨ Supervisory or lead experience
✨ Background in AV, production, rental, or technical equipment environments
✨ Experience supporting large scale or multi site warehouse operations
✨ Experience developing SOPs and training programs
