πΌ What Youβll Be Doing
As the Asset Supervisor, you will be the central owner of LMGβs inventory accuracy and asset governance across all locations. Youβll oversee asset data within R2 and Microsoft Business Central, lead RFID initiatives, and support operational teams by ensuring inventory systems are clean, consistent, and scalable.
π¦ Inventory Systems & Asset Governance

Manage R2 Help Desk tickets related to inventory, assets, and item data
β
Create and maintain product IDs within R2
β
Build, correct, and manage serial and non serial kits
β
Resolve inventory discrepancies and systemic asset issues
β
Enforce standardized naming conventions across all LMG locations
π» Business Central Item Management
β
Create and maintain item cards in Microsoft Business Central
β
Ensure accurate item descriptions, categories, costing, and tracking methods
β
Validate item data prior to R2 synchronization
β
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Systems teams to resolve data conflicts
π‘ RFID Program Leadership
β
Plan and oversee RFID tagging and assignment across all locations
β
Establish RFID standards, workflows, and best practices
β
Ensure accurate RFID assignment to assets and kits
β
Monitor adoption and data integrity
π Training & Standards
β
Develop SOPs and training materials for RFID tools and processes
β
Train employees on proper scanning and asset handling procedures
β
Serve as the subject matter expert for asset tracking systems
π Physical Inventory & Audits
β
Plan and oversee physical inventories and cycle counts
β
Establish audit cadence and inventory accuracy standards
β
Lead reconciliations and root cause analysis
π₯ Supervision & Collaboration
β
Support and guide asset focused team members
β
Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Transportation, and Systems teams
β
Ensure asset accuracy supports overall operational efficiency
π What Weβre Looking For
Required Qualifications
πΉ 3 to 5+ years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse systems
πΉ Strong working knowledge of R2 or similar asset management platforms
πΉ Experience with Microsoft Business Central or ERP systems
πΉ Hands on experience managing serial and non serial inventory
πΉ Experience leading or supporting RFID implementations
πΉ Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
πΉ Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
Preferred Qualifications
β¨ Supervisory or lead experience
β¨ Background in AV, production, rental, or technical equipment environments
β¨ Experience supporting large scale or multi site warehouse operations
β¨ Experience developing SOPs and training programs
