Job Description

This entry-level role supports the daily coordination of APAC cross-border trade operations. Under the guidance of senior team members, the position assists with shipment tracking, documentation checks, customs clearance follow-up, payment administration, and operational reporting. Structured training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to help the successful candidate develop practical knowledge of cross-border logistics and trade processes.

Responsibilities:

Trade Operations Support

· Assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination by following established procedures and instructions.

• Update shipment records and trackers, and follow up with relevant teams on pending information or actions.

Customs & Documentation Support

· Monitor customs clearance progress and report delays or issues to the supervisor.

• Check that basic shipping, customs, duty, and tax documents are complete before submission.
• File trade documents accurately and follow up on missing or incorrect information.

Invoice & Payment Support

· Assist in checking invoices and supporting documents for completeness.

• Update payment records and follow up on approvals under the guidance of senior team members.

Coordination & Reporting Support

· Communicate routine updates and follow up with internal teams, brokers, and service providers.

• Maintain operational trackers and highlight delays, missing information, or unusual issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare simple status updates and reports using the required templates.

Requirements:

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or part-time experience in logistics or operations is an advantage but not required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work with different stakeholders.
