AM Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Findlay, OH

Salary: $60,000–$65,000

Bonus: Up to 5%

Job Type: Full-Time, In Person

Job Summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on AM Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Findlay, Ohio. This role is responsible for team leadership, safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall shift performance.

The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience and a strong background in forklift operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and employee development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members on the AM shift.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Monitor productivity, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and proper equipment use.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements, scanning, and warehouse system transactions.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Verify trailers and equipment are safe and ready for loading.
• Complete shipping documentation and required system updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Background in third-party logistics (3PL), distribution, transportation, or warehousing.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and trailer verification.
• Proven ability to train, develop, and lead warehouse teams.
