We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our Highbrook site, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the agency operations, including overseeing a team of 6 employees.

As a Supervisor you will:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.
• Act as the first point of escalation for clients and management.
• Drive the achievement of client KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage team performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Reconcile client inventory and efficiently handle investigations.
• Foster staff development and promote a learning culture.
• Plan labour resources based on client activity needs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive site culture.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• A current hoist and reach license (preferred but not essential).
• High attention to detail and proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above).
• A strong work ethic and commitment to team development.
• A full NZ Driver’s License (preferred).
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
