The opportunity

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead field operations across the Origin Public & Embedded Networks contract, ensuring maintenance, asset and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Based in Brisbane, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to operational crews, support contractor performance and play a key role in achieving customer, contractual and business outcomes. What you'll do

  • Lead and support field crews delivering maintenance and network services
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the Origin contract
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards
  • Drive contractor and crew performance to meet contractual requirements
  • Monitor operational performance, quality and customer outcomes
  • Support incident response and resolution activities when required
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and delivery partners

What we're looking for

  • Experience supervising field operations within utilities, maintenance, gas, energy or infrastructure environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing operational crews and contractors
  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance and service delivery requirements
  • Ability to balance customer expectations, operational priorities and contractual outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong decision-making capability
  • Commitment to building high-performing teams and a positive safety culture
