ROLE DESCRIPTION

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical installations on construction sites. The individual must ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate with other site supervisors, workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Liaise with engineers and project managers to address design changes or issues.
  3. Check material delivered to site
  4. Daily updating of work progress to Engineer and attending site meetings if necessary
  5. Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments.
  6. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications.
  7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Electrical projects and leading construction teams.
  2. Strong understanding of Electrical systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
  3. Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
