As a Retail Supervisor, you keep oversight, support the team and take responsibility with confidence. You’re the person who brings calm, structure and direction in a place where thousands of travelers pass by every day.

What you’ll do as Retail Supervisor

You guide a team of all‑round retail colleagues and make sure daily operations run smoothly. You create schedules, organize workflows, communicate clearly and coach team members so they can perform at their best. Planning ahead, solving issues and switching gears quickly are things you do naturally.

You also take ownership of the store’s presentation. You ensure products are displayed neatly, shelves stay stocked and the environment feels clean, organized and ready for the next traveler. At the same time, you make sure every passenger receives friendly, professional service.

Your role flows between leading, supporting and solving: one moment you’re structuring the day, the next you’re side‑by‑side with the team, keeping everything running smoothly.
