Job Description:

  • Supervisor General de Producción
  • Objetivo del cargo
  • Dirigir, coordinar y controlar la ejecución de los distintos frentes de obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, plazo, costos y productividad establecidos por el proyecto. Debe garantizar una adecuada planificación de los trabajos, disponibilidad de recursos y coordinación entre equipos propios, subcontratistas y áreas de soporte.
  • Principales responsabilidades
  • Supervisar integralmente los frentes de construcción asignados.
  • Organizar las actividades diarias y semanales de producción.
  • Controlar avances, rendimientos, recursos y cumplimiento del programa.
  • Garantizar la correcta aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
  • Coordinar personal, materiales, maquinaria, equipos y empresas colaboradoras.
  • Formación académica
  • Título profesional de:
  • Ingeniería Civil.
  • Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles.
  • Construcción Civil.
  • Ingeniería en Construcción.
  • Carrera técnica afín, acompañada de experiencia comprobable en obras de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia requerida
  • Experiencia consolidada en supervisión y ejecución de obras civiles de gran escala, idealmente en:
  • Obras subterráneas, túneles, piques y estaciones.
  • Infraestructura ferroviaria o Metro.
  • Minería subterránea.
  • Infraestructura vial, hidráulica o industrial.
  • Contratos EPC o concesiones.
  • Se requiere experiencia liderando supervisores, capataces, cuadrillas y empresas subcontratistas, además de capacidad para gestionar simultáneamente varios frentes de trabajo.Conocimientos técnicos
  • Métodos constructivos y obras subterráneas.
  • Excavaciones, sostenimientos, hormigonados e impermeabilizaciones.
  • Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Planificación y control de producción.
  • Control de rendimientos, recursos y costos.
  • Conocimientos computacionales
  • MS Office, especialmente Excel en nivel intermedio o avanzado.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Primavera P6 o Microsoft Project.
  • SAP u otro sistema ERP.
  • Power BI.
  • Certificaciones deseables
  • Trabajo en altura.
  • Espacios confinados.
  • Primeros auxilios.
  • Manejo de extintores.
  • Liderazgo en seguridad.
