The Role: This is a hands-on position in a vibrant bar/restaurant/shop setting. You’ll need to bring energy, a love for wine, and a dedication to outstanding service. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional wine knowledge and service.
Understanding our guests’ needs to create memorable experiences.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-quality service.
Handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
A passion for service excellence and a love for wine (WSET qualifications are a plus).
Strong hosting and communication skills, with a positive and respectful approach to customers and colleagues.
Proficient in English with excellent grooming and presentation.
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
