• Monitor and ensure the shipment / order information are proper entered, received, manipulated, updated and recorded to the computer system in accurate and timely manner
• Ensure customer service staffs’ understand project of logistics operations procedures and standards while interactive with customers
• Prioritize and delegate work tasks for customer service staffs with focus on customer needs and performance targets
• Work together with other department manager of operations team, consolidate total solution and feedback to customer
• Maintain good channels and effective communication between Finance department and customer services team for both sides benefit
• Coach and appraise customer service staffs on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, and achievement of individual and departmental performance targets
• Identify staff advantages / disadvantages and training needs, jointly develop and co-ordinate training sessions with trainers and conduct training sessions as assigned
• Lead, motivate and supervise customer service staffs to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to achievement the objectives and targets
• Understand and know well the operation costs, give right quotation to customer for any special operation requirement
• Trouble shooting for any urgent of special case during daily operations.
