Job Description

This is Naylors. Built for Riders. Made for the Equestrian Community.
Founded in 1965, Naylors is more than an equestrian retailer - it’s a trusted destination for riders, country lovers and pet owners across the UK. From our beginnings as a small shop in Norden to becoming part of the GO Outdoors family, we’ve spent decades delivering quality equestrian products, expert advice and a standout in store experience.
Driven by heritage, expertise and a genuine love for the equestrian lifestyle, every role here helps support riders of every level, from happy hackers to competitive athletes - with the gear, guidance and service they rely on.
This is your moment. This is Naylors. Are you in?

As a Supervisor you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
Skills & Experience Required
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote Group values.
Desirable Attributes
• Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, fast-moving store environment.
• Confident problem-solver with strong customer-resolution skills.
• Interest in visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Team-focused mindset with a positive, supportive approach.
