About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, these are hands-on site leadership roles responsible for coordinating daily site operations, driving productivity, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with program. You will play a key role in managing subcontractors, trades, and site activities across a services-intensive and technically detailed project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day site operations
• Oversee subcontractors, labour, and site activities to maintain program
• Drive short-term planning and site productivity
• Monitor progress, quality, and performance against project targets
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture (HSEQ)
• Maintain clear communication across site teams and stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor, Senior Supervisor or Leading Hand/Foreman within building construction
• Experience delivering health, commercial, or services-heavy projects (highly regarded)
• Strong capability in site coordination, sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and site compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively within a site-based delivery team
• Relevant trade or construction qualifications (desirable)
• Valid White Card and relevant site tickets/licenses
