  Lead, motivate, and manage a team of promoters to maximize sell-out performance.

  Conduct daily coaching, set clear sales goals, plan efficient routes, and track individual and team performance against KPIs.
• 
  Plan and execute high-impact in-store product exhibitions and demonstrations to drive trials and convert food traffic into immediate sales.
• 
  Ensure correct deployment, upkeep, and creative placement of all POP materials (dumps, displays, wobblers, banners) to increase visibility and impulse purchases.
• 
  Deliver regular product and sales training sessions to ensure promoters can confidently present product specifications, comparisons, current promotions, and closing techniques.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, retail stores.
• 
  Secure premium shelf placement, negotiate exclusive in-store events, and obtain necessary promotional support.
• 
  Conduct routine weekly price checks and competitive monitoring at retail stores.
• 
  Verify pricing accuracy, detect competitor promotions and activities, and recomment pricing or promotional adjustments to management.
• 
  Oversee store-level management tasks including stock checks, planogram compliance, inventory reconsiliation, and daily reporting.
• 
  Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain store readiness and brand standards.
• 
  Foster teamwork and communication across promoters, sales teams, and merchandisign to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

• 
  Must have proven experience in Sales or Commercial role
• 
  Prior experience in Electronics or Home Appliance industry
• 
  Candidate with experience from Cellular or Telecommunication companies will also be considered.

  Strong leadership and people management skills
• 
  Ability to train, coach, and develop frontline staff
• 
  Excellent relationship-building skills with retail partners
• 
  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• 
  Proactive problem solver who can handle on-site challenges independently.
• 
  Knowledge of merchandising standards and POP execution.

• 
  Willing to work Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm).
• 
  Must have reliable transportation for travel across assigned retail locations.
