Recycling Supervisor | Widemere Recycling Plant
At Boral, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recycling Supervisor to lead our Recycling Operations team at our Widemere Recycling Plant. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility, driving a strong safety culture while ensuring operational performance, environmental compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives are achieved.
Working closely with site leadership and operational teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality recycled products that meet Australian Standards, customer expectations, and Boral's commitment to sustainable resource recovery.
