Supervisor

At Sosandar, we are constantly striving to push boundaries and take our business to the next level. 2024 was a very exciting year for us as we opened up our very own bricks & mortar stores for the first time! We now have 6 beautiful stores across the UK, including on Marlow's high street.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence.
• Working predominantly on the shop floor, you’ll be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
• Taking the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships
• Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge
• Ensuring exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store at all times.
• Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
• Delivering sales & KPI’s in store through the team
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, product and customer – driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
• Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
• Delegating tasks to team members
• Processing deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
