REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

• Trade/Degree, preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry related discipline

• Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in production environment

• Experience in sawmill industry

• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business

• Accountable and dependable
