Become a Supervisor at ProCook Edinburgh Store!

Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for a skilled Supervisor for our store in Edinburgh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, based in our Edinburgh store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
