We’re expanding our team across Wodonga areas, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive outdoors and are ready to lead.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide crews, manage schedules, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all project activities.

Duties Include:

• Leading and coordinating daily crew operations
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
• Conducting hazard assessments and toolbox meetings
• Overseeing vehicle and equipment inspections
• Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
• Recording team performance and completed tasks

Do you have?

• Experience in the Electrical Supply industry and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
• A safety focus and proactive mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A current drivers’ licence

Great, but not essential:

• Cert 2 in ESI
• White card
• MR/HR Truck Licence
