Site Supervisor Residential Care Home (18-Month Contract)
Location: Uxbridge
Contract Length: 18 Months
Day Rate: Competitive, DOE
Start: ASAP

Our client, a well-regarded principal contractor, is seeking a Site Supervisor to support delivery on a new-build residential care home development in Uxbridge The project is scheduled for 18 months, with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure H&S, quality, and timelines are maintained

• Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

• Liaise with the Site Manager and project stakeholders

• Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (in date)

• Proven experience supervising care home or similar residential schemes

• Strong knowledge of site safety, NHBC standards, and trades coordination

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
