The Site Supervisor is responsible for the correct, timely and profitable execution of the project. It is the Site Supervisor’s responsibility to coordinate labour, tools, equipment and subcontractors from the start to end of the project.

This position will have commercial responsibility for successful on-site operations, drive continuous process improvements, and hold overall responsibility for site performance and Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductingdailypre-startsandweeklytoolbox withallthecrew,communicatinganysafety alerts,safety campaigns as and when they arise.

• Overseeingsite-basedresourceincludingemployeesandsubcontractors.

• Establishingandreviewingprojectmanningplansandrotationschedulestoensureemployeesreceive adequate rest and roster periods without compromising project staffing levels.

• Managingemployeeperformanceandpersonnelissuessuchasabsence,appraisal,payetc.

RelevantExperience

• Minimum5-10years’experienceas aSiteManagerorhigh levelofindustryexperience in a supervisory role.

• SolidknowledgeandexperienceinworkingincompliancewithOH&SLegislation.

• Extensiveexperienceleadinglargeprojects, previous exposure to Mining would be highly desirable.

• Extensiveexperienceinmanagementofcontract,safety,cost,timeandquality.
