🌟 We’re Hiring: Supervision Team Leader

Permanent, Full Time Hours

Homebased with occasional office visits

ÂŁ52,000-ÂŁ56,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and qualified CBT Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to join our team as a Supervision Team Leader This is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering high-quality clinical supervision, driving clinical excellence, and supporting the continuous development of our CBT workforce.

Working closely with the High Intensity Manager, Clinical Lead, and Head of Digital Therapies, you will play a key role in ensuring robust and effective supervision structures are in place, contributing to both strong service delivery and positive patient outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality CBT clinical supervision in line with best practice and service requirements

  • Lead, support, and performance manage a team of CBT Therapists, ensuring quality, compliance, and recovery targets are met

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain and enhance clinical excellence across the service

  • Support training and development initiatives to strengthen supervision practice and therapist capability

  • Monitor and drive performance against key service metrics, including recovery rates and quality standards

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Qualified and accredited CBT Therapist with recognised body (e.g. BABCP)

  • Experienced CBT Clinical Supervisor
